Forward missed calls on T-Mobile
T-Mobile uses the same GSM forwarding codes as most carriers. One code registers busy, no-answer and unreachable forwarding together — so only missed calls reach SignalRevive, and answered calls ring through as normal.
Set up conditional forwarding on T-Mobile
Takes under a minute. Conditional means only the calls you miss get forwarded — the ones you answer ring through exactly like today.
- 01
Get your SignalRevive number
After you sign up, SignalRevive texts you a dedicated number in your area code and the exact forwarding code with that number already filled in. Have it handy — it replaces the placeholder in the code below.
- 02
Open your phone's dialer
Use the same phone and line you want missed calls forwarded from. You're going to dial a short code, not a phone number.
- 03
Dial **004*<your SignalRevive number>#
Enter the code exactly as shown — with your SignalRevive number in place of the placeholder — and press call. This turns on conditional forwarding for T-Mobile: busy and unanswered calls only.
- 04
Confirm and test it
You'll hear a confirmation tone or see a confirmation message. To be sure, call your business line from another phone and let it ring out — you should get the SignalRevive text back within seconds. To turn forwarding off later, dial ##004#.
T-Mobile call-forwarding codes
GSM MMI codes. Use the recommended combined code unless you specifically want to forward on only some conditions.
| When to forward | Dial |
|---|---|
| All conditions — busy, no answer, unreachable (recommended) | **004*<your SignalRevive number># |
| No answer only | **61*<your SignalRevive number># |
| Busy only | **67*<your SignalRevive number># |
| Unreachable / off only | **62*<your SignalRevive number># |
| Turn all conditional forwarding off | ##004# |
- · Enter the full string — the leading ** and trailing # included — in your dialer and press call; you'll get a confirmation message when it takes effect.
- · **004* registers busy, no-answer and unreachable in one code, which is what most owners want. The **61 / **67 / **62 codes let you set conditions individually.
- · Avoid **21* (forward all) — it would forward calls you'd normally answer straight to SignalRevive.

Forwarding missed calls on T-Mobile — FAQ
What is the call forwarding code for T-Mobile?+
Dial **004* then your SignalRevive number then # and press call to forward all missed-call conditions at once; dial ##004# to turn it off. They're conditional GSM codes, so answered calls connect normally and only the calls you miss route to SignalRevive for a text back.
Will this forward calls I actually answer?+
No. These are conditional forwarding codes — busy and no-answer only. A call you pick up rings and connects like always; only the calls you don't answer roll over to your SignalRevive line and get an instant text back. Never use the plain "forward all calls" code (*72 / *21) for this.
How do I turn call forwarding off?+
Dial your carrier's deactivation code (shown above) from the forwarding phone and press call. Forwarding stops immediately and every call rings your handset again. If you cancel SignalRevive, disable forwarding too so calls don't route to a released number.
Do I need to change my phone number?+
No. You keep your existing business number and publish it exactly as before. Forwarding just hands off the calls you miss to SignalRevive behind the scenes — customers only ever see and dial your real number.
The code isn't working — what now?+
Codes vary slightly by plan and region. Call your carrier's support line and ask them to enable "conditional call forwarding (busy and no answer)" to your SignalRevive number — a rep can set it in about a minute. Business/PBX lines may need it configured on the account instead of via a dial code.
Your number's ready when you are.
Self-serve setup takes about 5 minutes. Your number is live the moment payment clears — no contracts, cancel anytime.
