These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SignalRevive ("SignalRevive," "we," "us"). By accessing signalrevive.com, creating an account, subscribing to our service, or receiving SMS messages sent through our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
SignalRevive provides software that helps local home-service businesses recover missed phone calls via automated SMS, qualify callers, book appointments, send reminders, and notify business owners. Each business customer receives a dedicated phone number and configures call routing, hours, and availability.
2. Business customer accounts
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent. You must provide accurate business information during onboarding, including a valid legal business name and contact details required for A2P 10DLC registration.
Subscription and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly (or annually when selected) through Stripe at the price shown at checkout (currently $299/month unless otherwise stated).
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Fair-use limits apply (currently up to 200 missed-call recoveries and 2000 outbound customer texts per month). We may pause or throttle service if limits are exceeded abusively.
Your responsibilities
- Use SignalRevive only for lawful customer-care and appointment-related messaging.
- Ensure you have a lawful basis to text callers — typically because they initiated contact by calling your business about a service inquiry.
- Honor opt-out requests immediately (STOP and equivalent keywords are handled automatically).
- Do not use the service to send spam, phishing, illegal content, or unrelated marketing blasts.
- Maintain accurate business hours, availability, and greeting content you configure.
- Keep account credentials and admin API keys confidential.
3. SMS terms (end customers and A2P program)
Text messaging terms
By calling a business that uses SignalRevive, you agree to receive automated and human-assisted text messages from that business's number regarding your service inquiry — including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies; typically 1–10 messages per inquiry plus optional appointment reminders.
Consent
End-customer consent is obtained when a person initiates contact by calling the business's phone number. Messages are limited to customer care and appointment scheduling related to that inquiry — not third-party advertising.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP (or STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to stop messages from that business number.
- Reply START or UNSTOP to receive messages again.
- Reply HELP or email support@signalrevive.com for support.
Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network coverage and filtering policies.
Quiet hours
Automated customer messages are generally suppressed during local quiet hours (default 9:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. in the business's timezone), except where an immediate response is necessary for an active conversation you started.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use SignalRevive to:
- Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, or carrier A2P rules
- Send messages without appropriate consent
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform
- Circumvent usage caps, rate limits, or billing controls
We may suspend or terminate access — and release phone numbers — for violations, non-payment, or conduct that risks deliverability for other customers.
5. Telephony and A2P 10DLC
US business texting requires A2P 10DLC registration. SignalRevive registers and maintains compliant messaging on behalf of business customers as part of the subscription. You agree to provide accurate registration information and cooperate with verification requests. Carrier fees and throughput limits may apply based on your trust score and campaign type.
6. AI-assisted conversations
SignalRevive uses automated systems (including AI) to respond to inbound texts and offer appointment times. While designed to book real openings from your configured schedule, you remain responsible for fulfilling appointments, providing services, and reviewing AI-generated messages configured for your business.
7. Intellectual property
SignalRevive owns the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT EVERY MISSED CALL WILL CONVERT, THAT ALL MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED, OR THAT THE AI WILL QUALIFY LEADS WITH PERFECT ACCURACY.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALREVIVE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
Business customers agree to indemnify and hold SignalRevive harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your messaging practices, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law — including TCPA and telemarketing rules.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend service with notice (or immediately for abuse or legal risk). Upon termination, phone numbers may be released and data deleted according to our retention practices.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to business customers may be communicated by email.
