The break-even math

At a $450 average HVAC repair ticket or a $400 plumbing call, one recovered job covers the month — even on monthly billing. A recovered roof covers years. Most shops miss multiple bookable calls every week; the subscription is the smallest line item on the P&L.

Not tiered pricing — one plan, one price. Annual billing is the only discount.

Compared to the alternatives

What does answering missed calls usually cost?

The going alternatives are a full-time hire, a human answering service, or letting voicemail eat the lead.

Pricing questions

Pricing, contracts and billing — the straight answers

How much does SignalRevive cost?+

$299/month month-to-month, or $2988/year ($249/month effective — save $600). One flat plan includes everything on this page: your number, missed-call recovery, AI booking, reminders, follow-ups, owner alerts, 10DLC compliance, and the client dashboard. No setup fees and no per-text or per-minute charges.

Can I pay annually?+

Yes. Annual billing is $2988/year — that's $249/month, saving you $600 versus paying monthly. Same features, same number. Service runs through the end of the paid year; cancel renewal anytime.

Is there a contract or setup fee?+

No contract and no setup fee. Month-to-month plans cancel anytime; annual plans run through the end of the paid year. Cancelling releases your SignalRevive number and stops renewal.

What's included in the monthly service?+

Everything listed on this page: a dedicated number, missed-call text-back, the AI that books into your real schedule, calendar sync, automatic reminders and follow-ups, owner alerts, 10DLC registration, compliance (STOP/quiet hours), and your dashboard. You keep your existing phone and calendar — setup is turning on call forwarding.

Is there a limit on missed calls or texts?+

The price is flat — we never charge per text or per minute. For abuse protection there is a generous monthly fair-use allowance (200 missed-call recoveries and 2000 outbound customer texts). A typical HVAC or plumbing shop misses 20–50 calls a month; the allowance is built for busy weeks, not to nickel-and-dime you. If you're legitimately above it, contact us — we raise limits, we don't surprise-bill.

What happens if I hit the monthly allowance?+

We text you a heads-up as you approach the limit. If a busy month maxes it out, new missed-call text-backs pause until the next month (we still log the calls and alert you to call back). Appointment reminders for jobs already booked keep going. Normal shops never hit this.

What's the ROI — when does it pay for itself?+

One recovered job usually covers the month. Average tickets run $400+ in plumbing, $450+ in HVAC repair, and $9,000+ for a roof replacement — recover a single missed call and the $299 subscription has paid for itself, often several times over.

Do I need new hardware or software?+

No. You keep your phone, your number, and your calendar. Setup is dialing one forwarding code on your existing line (we send the exact codes for your carrier), and bookings appear in the calendar app you already use.

What happens if a payment fails?+

Service pauses — new missed-call threads stop until the invoice clears — and we text you a heads-up. The moment payment succeeds, everything resumes automatically. Cancelling for good releases the number.

How is this cheaper than an answering service?+

Human answering services charge $200–$600+ per month for a block of minutes, then per-minute overages — and most just take a message. SignalRevive is $299/month flat, responds in seconds instead of rings, and books the appointment itself instead of leaving you a callback slip.

Do you offer cheaper plans or per-location pricing?+

Not today — one flat plan keeps it simple. Multi-location rollouts are quoted individually. Most owner-operators use the standard plan.

Stop paying for leads you never call back.

Self-serve setup takes about 5 minutes. Your number is live the moment payment clears — no contracts, cancel anytime.
